For reservations that do not fit the normal Saturday-to-Saturday rental week, please email jeff@homesonhhi.com for availability!
Please review the following important notes:
If you are arriving over 45 days from now, only a small deposit is required at this time.
Rentals starting in less than 45 days require full payment at this time so we can get your rental package to you in plenty of time.
Rentals starting in less than 30 days require an immediate online credit card payment.
Our overhead is very low so we must charge you the fee of 4% for each credit card transaction. Personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank are fine for vistors arriving more than 30 days from today.
We use Paypal for credit card processing. This is safer for you since we never see your credit card number. If you don't have an account, you can set one up for free.
International transactions must be sent via Paypal in US funds.
Our rentals normally checkin on Saturday at 4PM and checkout the following Saturday at 11AM. Contact us via email for different
arrival/departure dates and discounts for longer stays. Typically, we require Saturday arrivals and departures in the prime season. If we have availability and it's within 2 weeks of arrival, we will work with you to meet your requirements.
Rental amounts shown above include linens and departure cleaning fee.
Once we receive your deposit or payment, we will send our island welcome package with all the island tourist guides,
maps, restaurant guides and reservation information you need to plan your vacation.
Once we receive full payment, we will send you the door code combination and security gate passes. There is no checkin process required, you will go directly to the villa and have a great vacation!
When you checkout, you simply leave the keys on the kitchen counter and make sure the door is securely locked. That's all there is to it!
