includes several HBO channels, two VCR players and a DVD player in the
master bedroom and the living room. Close to 2 outdoor pools, 6 lighted
tennis courts, deli, private ocean front cabana, indoor heated pool,
indoor hot tub, indoor sauna, Nautilus gym, indoor jogging trail, and an
easy walk to the Atlantic Ocean via a boardwalk. The Resort has a
24-hour security gate. The resort is in Phase I of a two-year $5 million
renovation.
This beautiful villa has incredible views of the ocean, marsh, and
lagoons. The Robert Trent Jones and the Palmetto Dunes golf courses are
just on the other side of the marsh. Sit on the newly renovated private
deck and watch gorgeous SUNRISES and SUNSETS. The deck is perfect for
morning coffee and just right for relaxing after a full day of fun on
Hilton Head Island! The deck overlooks the incredible views and it is
perfect for a romantic evening dinner.
The marsh fills in at high tide and becomes an interesting sanctuary for
wildlife. As the tide rises and the marsh fills it is a marvelous wonder
to watch the herons, egrets, and turtles. It is impossible to resist the
walk across the soon to be renovated boardwalk. You will not be
disappointed. The sound of the spray in the lagoon or the sound of the
ocean surf is real Southern Comfort.
Hilton Head Resort ocean front cabana serves food and drinks. It is
located at the shore of the ocean. Just outside of the villa are the
onsite deli and convenience store, six lighted tennis courts, and more!
You can park your car and never leave the resort until it is time to go
home. Restaurants, the mall, and a grocery store are within walking
distance.

The renovated living room is stunning. It has beautiful hardwood floors
and new soft tone painted drywall construction.

The area is tastefully decorated. The
room is furnished with a sleeper sofa that sleeps two and it is perfect
for another couple.

The living room's entertainment center has a TV
with over 60 cable channels and a VCR and theatre surround-sound DVD
system for you enjoyment.

The dinner table comfortably seats six.
|

The renovated gourmet kitchen has a beautiful new granite counter top,
double deep sink, a new flat panel stove, a new refrigerator with
external access to water, crushed ice, and ice cubes.

There is a new
garbage disposal, new dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, utensils,
microwave, coffee maker, etc. We even provide coffee filters; zip lock
bags, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, other vacation necessities.
Everything you need to create that gourmet meal.

The master bedroom is comfortable and has plenty of room. It has a TV
with several cable channels (including HBO) and a DVD player as well as
a VCR for you enjoyment. Open the window and enjoy the ocean view. At
night listen to the ocean surf and breathe the clean ocean air. Master
bedroom has a queen size bed.
