WHAT AN OCEAN VIEW!!

This beautiful Hilton Head Resort villa sleeps 6. It is located on the ocean front side of Building One. Villa 1105 is located where the resort deli, bar, convenience store, and the main outdoor pool are located. Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean, lagoon and marsh from the villa's private balcony and living room. Sit on the balcony and watch gorgeous SUNRISES and SUNSETS. It is perfect for morning coffee and just right for relaxing after a full day of fun on Hilton Head Island! The resort provides tram rides to the ocean. It leaves from the boardwalk entrance just outside of Villa 1105. The board walk allows for an easy walk that leads to Coco's, the resort's ocean front restaurant/cabana.
The balcony has a cable drop and a small portable TV is available to use. The villa's cable system includes several channels available on all four TV's in the villa (including the balcony).
Renovations in this owner occupied unit include sheetrock walls, renovated bathrooms, hardwood floors, updated appliances, and granite surface kitchen counters.
The living room has a flat panel TV, VCR player, and DVD. The living-room has a sofa that converts into a queen bed. The dining table seats 6.
The villa has been renovated and tastefully decorated. Upon entering the villa you step into the full-service kitchen, complete with full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender for icy margaritas.
The master bedroom has a spacious and comfortable king size bed and adjoining private bathroom. There is a TV, clock- radio- CD player, and DVD player in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom has a Murphy bed, with a memory foam mattress, There is a flat panel TV with a six speaker home theatre system that includes DVD and CD playing capacity.
Included for your use are a few beach toys, beach carts, crab nets, a golf putting game, and a few golf clubs in the closet.
We have a secure and dedicated free Wi-Fi service in Villa 1105 for our guests. Remember to bring your laptop. Both flat screen panel TV's are equipped with HDMI jacks. If your laptop has the jack, bring your own connector cable and enjoy live streaming or other benefits of connecting your laptop to either of the two panel TV's.

The Robert Trent Jones and the Palmetto Dunes golf courses are just on the other side of the marsh. Villa 1105 is close to the second outdoor pool, 6 lighted tennis courts, indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, indoor sauna, Nautilus gym, indoor jogging trail. It is an easy walk to the Hilton Head Island's bike, jogging, and walking trails. Restaurants, a mall, and grocery store are within walking distance. The resort has washers, dryers, elevators in each building and plenty of parking. We book on a first-come, first-serve basis, so reserve your dates early!
The Resort has a 24-hour security gate. Pets are NOT allowed. Our condo is non-smoking.
Rental is $1,995.00 per week (Saturday to Saturday check-in and check-out). The costs include the cleaning fee and linens and towels for the week. Beach towels are not included. The SC Accommodations Tax is 10% until May 1, 2023 and goes up to 11% after that. A $250.00 deposit reserves your 7-day vacation. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the fee is due 15 days prior to yourvisit.
