WHAT AN OCEAN VIEW!!
This beautiful Hilton Head Resort villa sleeps 6. It is located on the
ocean front side of Building One. Building One is where the resort deli,
convenience store, and the main outdoor pool are located. Enjoy views of
the Atlantic Ocean, lagoon and marsh from the villa's private balcony
and living room. Sit on the balcony and watch gorgeous SUNRISES and
SUNSETS. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and just right for
relaxing after a full day of fun on Hilton Head Island! The resort
provides a tram to the ocean. It leaves from the boardwalk entrance
just outside of the villa. The board walk allows for an easy walk that
leads to Coco's, the resort's private ocean front cabana. The balcony
has a cable drop. A small portable TV is available to use on the deck.
The villa's cable system includes several channels for four areas in the
villa.
We have a secure and dedicated Wi-Fi service in the Villa. Remember to
bring your laptop. Both flat screen panel TV's are equipped with HDMI
jacks. If your laptop has the jack, bring your own connector cable and
enjoy live streaming or other benefits of connecting your laptop to
either of the two panel TV's.

The villa has been renovated and tastefully decorated. Upon entering the
villa you step into the full-service kitchen, complete with full size
stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender for
icy margaritas.

|
Renovations in this owner occupied unit include the following: beautiful
sheetrock walls, glass shower enclosures, hardwood floors, updated
appliances, granite surface kitchen counters, a mirrored area in the
kitchen, lots of cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, knives, electric
fry pan, electric mixer, blender, 4 slice toaster and programmable
coffee maker, etc.

The master bedroom has a spacious and comfortable king size bed and
adjoining private bathroom. There is a TV, clock- radio- CD player, VCR
player, and DVD player in the master bedroom.

The master bath has a full tub and shower
|
|
|

The second bedroom has a trundle bed. It can serve as a sofa. You will
find it arranged as a set of twin beds when you arrive. Linen is
available if you choose to convert the trundle to a king bed. The second
bedroom has a wall mounted flat panel TV with a six speaker home theatre
system that includes DVD and CD playing capacity. Included for your use
are boogie boards, sand castle tools, beach chairs, beach carts, crab
nets, a golf putting game, and a few golf clubs in the closet.

The 2nd bathroom in the hallway has a walk-in shower.

|
|

There is a table and chairs on the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee as
the sun rises above the ocean!

The boardwalk is just downstairs and a quick walk or shuttle ride to an
almost private beach!
|
|
|
|
|
This is the wonderful building one pool just downstairs from the front door of our
villa!
|
|
|
The Robert Trent Jones and the Palmetto Dunes golf courses are just on
the other side of the marsh. Villa 1105 is close to the second outdoor
pool, 6 lighted tennis courts, indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub,
indoor sauna, Nautilus gym, indoor jogging trail, and an easy walk to
the Hilton Head Island's bike, jogging, and walking trail just outside
of the resort all in Building Three. Restaurants, a mall, and grocery
store are within walking distance. The Resort has a 24-hour security
gate. Pets are NOT allowed by the resort. Our condo is non-smoking. The
resort has washers, dryers, elevators in each building and plenty of
parking. We book on a first-come, first-serve basis, so reserve your
dates early!
$850.00 per week (Saturday to Saturday check-in and check-out).
There is a $50.00 cleaning fee that includes linens and towels for the week.
There is an 11% accommodations tax.
A $200.00 deposit reserves your 7-day vacation or week-end stay.
$475 per week-end stay (3-night minimum Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Deposits are non-refundable.
The balance of the fee is due 15 days prior to your visit.
