Welcome to our wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom poolside villa with lovely Lagoon views.

It is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation at the ocean. Our cozy living room features a queen size sofa and rocking chair, a new flat screen HDTV and DVD player and a dining table and chairs. We have now fitted new laminate flooring throughout the living and dining area. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with all new luxury bedding, a TV/DVD and has plenty of storeage. There is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is newly decorated and sleeps 4 and features 1 twin bed and new twin over full bunks. There is a second bathroom off the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and everything you need.

This really is a home away from home.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community and offers 24 hour security. We have our own private boardwalk directly to the beach and beach cabana bar. This is only a short stroll, or take the free shuttle if you don't fancy the 7/8 minute walk. We can boast six lighted tennis courts, a new badminton court, two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise/weight room, sun deck, on site mini grocery store & deli and WiFi access. All these amenities are free to our guests, making this the perfect choice for your vacation.

Pets are Not allowed by the Resort and this is a NO Smoking villa

Spring  Mar  1st - May 27th      $500/wk         $80/nt

Summer  May 28th - Sept 6th      $700/wk        $110/nt 

Fall    Sep  7th - Oct 31st      $475/wk         $80/nt 

Winter  Nov  1st - Feb 28th      $375/wk         $60/nt 
                
Monthly Nov  1st - Mar 31st      $825/month

Departure cleaning Fee/linens/towels is included in weekly & monthly rates,
but please add $75 to nightly rentals
11% SC accommodation Tax will be added to all rental rates
Nightly rentals minimum of 3 nights.
Credit Card payments require a 3% service fee. Paypal accepted
A deposit of $150 secures your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable but reschedules are fine.
We do offer a discount to returning guests
