Plan a relaxing vacation to 1117 Hilton Head Resort. Our two bedroom/two bathroom villa overlooks the main pool beside the General Store. You can enjoy a casual stroll over the boardwalk to the ocean. 

Prime 2009 May-Sept.....$600/week plus $75 Cleaning fee (includes linens/towels).

2009 Off-Season......$400/week plus $75 Cleaning fee (Includes linens/towels).

Nightly Rental $75/night (3 night minimum) plus cleaning fee.

No Nightly Rentals Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Returning Renters ask about our discount. Paypal accepted.

11% state/local accomodations tax will be added to the total amount due.

All weekly rentals are Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.

Pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking villa.
