This villa sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has just been completely remodeled with new floors, countertops, appliances and furnishings. It is really a nice beach getaway and is conveniently located near all the resort's amenities and the boardwalk to the beach!

Summer (5/20-9/2) and Holiday rate: 3-4 nights @$125 per night, 5-6 nights@$100 per night or $650 per week
Off-season rate: 3-4 nights @$100 per night, 5-6 nights @$85 per night or $450 per week
Cleaning, linens and towels are included.
There is a 10% government accommodations and sales tax added on to your fee.
A small $50 deposit reserves your vacation!
Deposits are not refundable, however reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit
The resort only allows 4 adults in a 2 bedroom villa
