This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes. There are picnic tables and grills, playground for kids, private sun deck, horseshoe pit, on-site convenience store and deli, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, Nautilus machine, six lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, washers/dryers and elevators on every floor and ample parking. Den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep 9 comfortably. Televison is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and 7 HBO movie channels. There is also a private deck off of den.

Large dining table seats 6 and bar in adjoining kitchen seats three.

Fully equipped large kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food!

We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal. Large bar area makes this villa great for entertaining!

Master bedroom has queen-size bed

The master bedroom has its own private bath with tub and shower.

Second bedroom has two twin beds and another full bath is just down the hall.

Kids will love this third bedroom that has bunk beds that sleep 3 - double bed on bottom and a twin bed on top.

This is the hall bath with a walk-in shower.

No need to hit the laundry mat. The washer/dryer is in the hallway.

There are six lighted tennis courts free for your use while staying with us!

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the resort's private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk to the best and most secluded beach on the island!
