Need additional villas? We have a three bedroom, two bath right around the corner! (Villa # 1120) and a two bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the top floor in the next building. (Villa #2403) Great for family reunions or vacationing with friends.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes. There are picnic tables and grills, playground for kids, private sun deck, horseshoe pit, on-site convenience store and deli, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging track, Nautilus machine, six lighted tennis courts, racquetball courts, washers/dryers and elevators on every floor and ample parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!

Den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep 6 comfortably. Televison is equipped with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and 7 HBO movie channels. Patio is perfect to watch kids at the pool! Island Grill & Deli is right outside your door.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find the resort's private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk to the best and most secluded beach on the island.
