Summer (5/13-9/9) and Holiday rate: $115 per night or $700 per week
Off-season rate: $85 per night or $450 per week
Cleaning, linens and towels are included.
There is a 10% government accommodations and sales tax added on to your fee.
A small $50 deposit reserves your vacation!
Deposits are not refundable, however reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit
