Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean from your balcony, bedroom, living room or kitchen! Consider it your home away from home, not just a beach rental. Nothing separates you from the ocean, but the marshland. We are in building One on the top floor (4) so no one will disturb you from above. (There is an elevator. See property map.) Our villa was TOTALLY remodeled and newly furnished in March of 2006. Porcelain tile floors in living areas and soft carpeted bedrooms painted and furnished in blue, soft yellow and white give the villa a fresh, clean beach-like feel.

Our gorgeous villa sleeps six. In the master bedroom, the ocean can be the first thing you view each morning. Sink into the 3 thick pillow top mattress and lie in bed and read (We're readers, so there are good reading lamps throughout the villa.) or watch TV. There is a bedside phone and CD player too. The master bath is attached; it has a shower/tub and does have a hair dryer for your use.

Put the children in the second bedroom twin beds where they will have their own TV with a DVD player. This way everybody is happy!

The living room has a love seat and sleeper sofa (Queen size) and an afghan for chilly days to make you feel at home. For your pleasure the TV has VCR/DVD and cable/satellite with 64 channels plus HBO; there is a separate stereo too or plenty of light to read a good book.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, toaster, pot and pans, dishes and other kitchen necessities for you to prepare your favorite dish. Just bring the food. The dining area seats four at the table and two additional people at the bar.

Sit on our balcony and watch the marsh fill with water when the tide comes in or watch the waves roll in, or if youre a golfer you can watch the golfers on the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones course from the balcony.

Walk over the private 450 yard boardwalk to the resorts cabana at the beach. Here you can buy drinks and sandwiches or lounge in the hammocks or play horseshoes. There are bathrooms and an outdoor shower. We provide four beach chairs for your use.

Refundable $200 security/damage deposit holds your reservation

Balance due on or before 45 days prior to check-in.

Please add 10% SC Accommodations Tax and $75 for cleaning & linens.
