This 2 bedroom, 2 bath escape pod comfortably sleeps 4 to 6. It has a
direct lagoon, marsh, and ocean view. There is a DVD player, a satellite
TV with 64 channels, plus SEVEN HBO movie channels to enjoy during your
down time. AND on top of that you have all of the great features and
amenities of the island and Hilton Head Resort - Free lighted tennis
courts, an awesome semi-private beach, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated
pool, hot tub, sauna, dining, miles of bicycle trails, golf, night life,
and the list goes on!
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils,
microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, etc. We even provide
coffee filters, zip loc bags, aluminum foil, salt, pepper, and other
vacation necessities! All you need to bring is fun!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the master bathroom has a
full size tub w/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full
bathroom that includes a shower. We also have a fold out queen bed in
the sofa that's quite comfortable. There are full coin operated laundry
facilities on site and elevators just a few doors away.
If you feel like sunning at the beach this weekend, call us by Thursday
and we'll have the villa ready for your visit by noon on Friday. You pay
when you pick up your keys and resort pass. Rentals are on a 1st
come-1st serve basis, and are subject to availability.

Peak Season: May 1- Sept 7 - $650 Weekly or $95/night (3 night min)
Fall: Sept 8-Oct Weekly - $550 or $80/night (3 night min)
Winter: Nov-Feb Weekly $450 or $65/night (3 night min)
Christmas & Thanksgiving holidays slightly higher.
Spring: Mar-Apr Weekly $550 or $80/night (3 night min)
The cleaning fee is required and individually negotiated with the service
directly, typical cost is $75. Towels and sheets are NOT included. Please
make arrangements at the time of booking for these items.

is required at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but are
transferable or a re-schedule is possible as availability allows. Balance
is due 10 days prior visit. Sorry- No pets and smoking is only allowed on
the balcony.

rentals start at $850. You CAN afford to escape the cold and snow without
the expense and the long trip to Florida!
