We have recently purchased this beautiful villa and are proud to offer it for rent! Imagine waking up in the morning and having your coffee on the balcony facing the ocean. Just below us are the lagoons and reed lands filled with hundreds of types of birds and wildlife. The ocean is a 5 minute walk away where you will see pristine beaches and maybe if you are lucky some very nosy dolphins! Our resort has 2 pools, 6 tennis courts and two cafes you can get snacks.

If there is a golfer in your group Hilton Head Island is the place to go. There are many recreational things for the whole family to participate in. We also have many of the best restaurants within a couple miles of the villa.

The villa has two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and full bath and the other with a queen size bed and full bath. If there are more in your party, there is a queen size sleeper sofa also. Our kitchen has many amenities such as, a double door refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. All you need to bring is food. There is a TV, VCR DVD player and videos available for your enjoyment.

Our prices are as follows:

In Season: Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
$700 per week (Sat to Sat)
Plus a $50 cleaning fee.

Off season: $500 per week plus $50 cleaning fee.

Snow Bird Special $750 per month!

$200 is all you need to make a reservation and full payment is due 2 weeks before you arrive. Please note that deposits are not refundable.
