In the past year we've added a new A/C system, new windows, new carpet, new mattresses, new sofa, new dining room table, new refrigerator, new stove, light fixtures, ceiling fans, dishes and new paint.

The resort has just finished a multi-million dollar renovation on June 1, 2007. This includes new paint, new roofs, new porches and railings, new landscaping and gardens, a new rubber-surface indoor running track, an amazing newly redecorated indoor recreation center, new stairwells, new common bathrooms, and additional outdoor shower facilities.

But, best of all, we have a brand new wider beach boardwalk leading to our refurbished cabana. You can ride your bike from end to end, take a leisurely 7 minute stroll or ride the new 8 passenger golf cart shuttle to our ocean-front cabana. There are no stairs to climb and it leads right out onto the best, and most private beach on the entire Island! This beach was renourished over the winter of 2007 and is huge! You don't cross any streets or dodge any cars to get to our beach. Our access is onsite.

Summer (5/15-9/6) and Holiday rate: $700 per week 3-4 nights @$140 per night 5-6 nights @$120 per night

Off-season rate: $450 per week 3 nights @$100 per night 4 nights @$90 per night 5 nights @$85 per night

There is an 11% accommodations tax that must be added to your rental
A small $50 deposit reserves your vacation!
Deposits are not refundable, however reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit
We offer a frequent renter discount if you visit again within 6 months
The resort only allows 4 adults in a 2 bedroom villa and 6 people total.

Pets are NOT allowed by the resort. Our condo is non-smoking.
