Jeff's Notes: For 2011 we have a new cable TV system with
more channels and all new wiring for better quality for all 3 TVs. We have a
new comforter set in the master bedroom. We have badminton racquets in the
2nd bedroom closet for the court outside our front door. Wifi is now available
everywhere in the resort for $19.95/wk. Inside our villa is free.
The deli has inexpensive onsite bike rentals, rent by the hour, day or week!
The resort has onsite "cardio" tennis lessons and a children's tennis lesson
program. We also have special golf discount cards available from several
Hilton Head Island courses! The deli has takeout pizza downstairs in building
One along with their regular menu available for pickup. Breakfast served
all day! Beach City Fitness is offering onsite fitness "boot camps" and
fitness classes.

Jeff and Cheryl, We had a fantastic time here again - it was too short as
always, though! (son) is very sad to have to leave, but we told him the
year'll go more quickly than he thinks and we'll be back. Thanks again

Jeff and Cheryl, We had a wonderful vacation this week. The weather was
great and our 3 boys loved the water and waves with their boogie boards
(except for several jellyfish stings the first day!) We also enjoyed
renting bikes and riding on the beach, played putt-putt, shopping at
Coligny Plaza. We took your suggestion and ate at the Sea Shack and loved
it! Also ate at Salty Dog Cafe and had ice cream at Hilton Head Ice Cream
(Homemade ice cream - The best!) Your condo was very nice and comfortable

Jeff and Cheryl, Our family had a wonderful vacation this week. Thank you
for sharing your condo with us. The kids learned all about Starfish, jellyfish,
sand dollars and the marsh. (I'm a teacher even on vacation :) We enjoyed the
seafood and we loved the Sea Shack. We recommend visiting the lighthouse and a
boat tour. Our children loved the dolphin cruise. I'm sure we'll be sharing
memories our visit especially when there's a lot of snow on the ground :) God

Wow!! This has been an amazing week. The pictures did not do justice to
the condo. Its so comfortable like a bit of heaven mixed in with the comforts
of home. Thank you for all the special touches that brought a smile to my
face. A pefect vacation home. Weather was perfect sun...sun and more sunshine.
I think we used all the amenities, indoor and outdoor pools & the hot tub.
Very relaxing. Guess that "RELAX" wall hanging was trying to tell me something.
We loved going back to Savannah. Thanks Jeff for the great tip in Beaufort.
Sgt White's Diner puts a whole new take on Bar B-Q at its BEST. Fabulous
food at great prices. We also loved Hunting Island State Park. We even
walked up to the top of the lighthouse. Just one of those perfect weeks that

Thank you for sharing your vacation home. We had a very relaxing vacation. Our
little boy LOVED having a TV in his room! We had several great mornings and
evenings at the beach. We even saw a dolphin once! We enjoyed Guiseppis, the
Sea Shack and the ice cream at Coligny Plaza. The pools were lots of fun and
it was nice to have the variety of three to choose from. Thank you again!

Glad to be back for our second visit. We had no rain..wonderful weather. It
was fun to have the grandchildren over for a sleepover. They were staying
in building one. We LOVED Dave's Roastfish & Cornbread restaurant. We went
there twice. Also went back to Hudsons. We took a trip to Tybee Island and
ate at the Crab Shack. The lowcountry boil was super. The grandkids fed the
alligators. (OK to feed captive gators, never wild gators)

Thank you again for a wonderful stay. (My husband) and I
had fun walking on the beach picking up shells. We saw lots
of jellyfish and starfish. Dolphins showed up 1 day. (Husband)
booked a charter fishing cruise with Captain Hook he didn't bring
anything back but had fun. The girls had fun at the beach and walking
to the tide pool. We tried to go to the Sea Shack thursday but
the line was around the building so we ended up at the Crazy
Crab that was good too! My girls were to old for the Easter
Egg Hung but on our way to the beach I tried to take the eggs that were
hid but (my husband) made me put them back. How Rude! Again thanks
for the use of the condo and we will call you after the 1st of the
year to plan again unless (husband) wants to shark fish in Aug

Hi Jeff & Cheryl, Thank you for a wonderful stay - it was great to spend time
at your condo enjoying the swimming facilities and much consignment store
shopping. The boys have great memories from their golfing ventures and we all
enjoyed our day in Beaufort. We rented bicycles, which came in handy to get
groceries from the Piggly Wiggly, and to go to the St. Patrick's Parade on

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Giesseppi's still has
great pizza. We rode our bikes every day.
We went to Savannah 1 day and ate lunch at the Firefly. We ate at
Paula Deens and [husband] gave it a C. Your place was well
equipped and we appreciated the condiments such as salt/pepper/sugar,
etc. Bath soap would have been nice and toilet paper was not sufficient,
we had to buy. The computer was a big plus and we liked the HBO. You had
plenty of towels which was nice. I would upgrade the double bed
sheets and bedspread. You need a new cord on the bedroom fan - it broke.

Jeff's comments - fan pulls replaced with sturdier devices. Cheryl is
on the lookout for a new "beachy" comforter set. We only provide a
"starter supply" of toilet paper (min 2 rolls in each bathroom), liquid
hand soap, paper towels, napkins and trash bags - sorry for the confusion.
I'll see if I can get some small soaps from Sam's Club - we appreciate
suggestions from our guests!

As advertised the condo had everything we could have want to make for a
stress free week. The walk to the beach is beautiful and the girls used
both pools a lot also. Hilton Head Island is a very nice place and don't

Dear Morgan Family, Thank you for sharing your villa (or as my son called it
"the hut") with us. The kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The
resort was conveniently located and it was the vacation we needed! The family

new roofs, new paint, new walkways, new fitness center, building 3 atrium
