Beautiful, quiet, well-maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at the Hilton
Head Resort. Great lagoon views on the marsh side of the resort with
a peak of the ocean in the distance past the Palmetto trees. Open the
windows and listen to the ocean surf and birds. It is an awesome getaway
from the real world!
New for 2009 we have added a PC with free DSL Wi-fi internet access in the master
bedroom! Bring your laptop or wifi device and keep up with emails and work
back home. Note: We do NOT allow guests to install software on the condo PC.
Our resort has a brand new beach boardwalk leading to our refurbished
ocean-front cabana. You can ride your bike from end to end, take a leisurely
7 minute stroll or ride the 8 passenger golf cart shuttle to the cabana. At
night, there are foot lights in case you want to enjoy the beach by moonlight
or enjoy the cabana night life, food and drink. There are no stairs to climb
and the boardwalk leads right out onto the best, and most private beach on
the entire Island! This beach was renourished over the winter of 2007 and is
huge! You don't cross any streets or dodge any cars to get to our beach. Our
beach is onsite, uncrowded and incredibly beautiful!
We've been owners at Hilton Head Resort since 1997! We love the place and

There is an 11% accommodations tax that must be added to your rental
A small $100 deposit reserves your vacation!
Credit card payments require a 3% service fee
Linens and departure cleaning are included in the rental rate.
Deposits are not refundable, however reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit
We offer a frequent renter discount if you visit again within 6 months
The resort only allows 4 adults in a 2 bedroom villa and 6 people total.
Pets are NOT allowed by the resort. Our condo is non-smoking.

This is the bright, cheerful living room with a sleeper sofa. There is
a 25" TV and DVD player. The dining table seats 4 and there are 2 barstools
at the bar.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need except food. There
are full size appliances: smooth top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher,
disposal, microwave and coffee maker.

Great master bedroom with a window overlooking the marsh and out to the
ocean. There is a PC with a TV tuner card and wi-fi hight speed internet
access

Master bedroom has its own private bath with a tub.
|
|
|
|

|
|
2nd bedroom is comfortable with two twin beds. There are some water
and beach toys in the closet for kids to use. Just be sure to wash off all
the sand before bringing them back to the room. There is a 19" VCR player
in this room but no cable TV (yet). It has video jacks to hook up your
kid's video game machine or DVD player. Bring your old VHS Videotapes for
the kids to watch!

This is a zoomed in view from our balcony of the resort's ocean-front
cabana at the end of the boardwalk. It takes about 7 minutes to walk
to the ocean!

Twice a day, high tide on the marsh can be spectacular from our deck and
the master bedroom windows!
|

|
|
|
|
|
Sit on our great deck and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass
of wine!

|
This awesome outdoor pool is a short 2 minute walk over in the blue building
#1. The "Island Grill" is an excellent deli and convenience store next to
the pool. Eat lunch or a snack while the kids splash in the pool! They have
great burgers, sandwiches, salads and fries. You can even order takeout.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The indoor recreation center is 2 minutes from our front door in the green
building. If the weather turns momentarily bad or you need a cool escape
from the summer sun and heat this is where you go! The jogging track is
1/10 mile, the pool is heated, the hot tub is HOT and the sauna will sweat
all your cares away! There is free wifi so you can even work while the kids
play!
