This villa has a queen bed in the ocean-view Master bedroom, two twin beds in the ocean-view 2nd bedroom, a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The furniture is new. The view shown above is from the window in the living room! There is a large kitchen and dining area, an eat-in bar with bar stools, all-new full-size appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal and more. There is also a washer and dryer!

The beach is about a 7 minute walk from the front door! The resort has two outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor jogging track, nautilus gym and six lighted tennis courts all free for your use while here. Parking is free and under-building parking is available in buildings 3 and 4. There are elevators and handicapped parking nearby at the building one/two elevator. There is a deli/convenience store in building one with an internet cafe, movie rentals, souvenirs and great takeout food. The ocean-front cabana has a bar and grill in season. You can sit and have a cold drink and a burger at the ocean-front!

Pets are not allowed by the resort and this unit is non-smoking. There is 24 hour gated security. We have 64 TV channels including 7 HBO movie channels when you are too tired to play any longer! Come enjoy Hilton Head in comfort and at an affordable price.

Summer (6/4-9/6) and Holiday rate: $190 per night or $1175 per week
Off-season rate: $125 per night or $800 per week
Cleaning, linens and towels are included.
There is a 10% government accommodations and sales tax added on to your fee.
A small $100 deposit reserves your vacation!
Deposits are not refundable, however reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit
