two beautiful lagoons on the landscaped grounds and across the boardwalk to
the resort's private ocean-front cabana.
There is an indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, jogging trail and nautilus gym in
the indoor recreation center just a few steps from the front door. Elevators
and free parking are conveniently located near the villa. There are 6 lighted
tennis courts onsite free for your use. The island-wide bike trails are right
at the front gate of our 24 hour gated security community. You can bike to
just about every restaurant and attraction on the island from this mid-island
location!
The villa is available for monthly rentals from October 2004 until April 30,2005
Perfect for snowbirds escaping the cold of winter. Hilton Head Island makes
a great central location for one-day and multi-day trips to other areas such
as Charleston SC, Beaufort SC, Savannah/Tybee Island Ga, Brunswick/St Simons, and
Jacksonville/St Augustine. And all the places in between. You won't get
bored!
After April, it will be available
for weekly rentals during the vacation season.
Monthly rentals until April 30 are $750 plus utilities averaging around
$100/mo in our mild climate.
