This villa has just received a comprehensive renovation with new carpet, flooring,
refrigerator, disposal, mattresses, furnishings, paint, ceiling fans, toilets,
fixtures, disposal, plantation shutters, TV, DVD player and more! This unit
has a washer/dryer, 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large kitchen and
dining area and a huge master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking a
lagoon with fountain. Fall asleep at night listening to the cascading
water. And all just a short walk to the resort's private ocean-front
cabana!
Summer (5/15-9/6) and Holiday rate: $105 per night or $700 per week
Off-season rate: $85 per night or $450 per week
There is a 10% accommodations tax that must be added to your rental
A small $50 deposit reserves your vacation!
Deposits are not refundable, however reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit
