Our condo is located in building 2, 2nd floor, adjacent to the elevator and laundry room. No endless walking to our unit. The elevator will transport you and your belongings to 2227 upon arrival and also take you to the outdoor pool, the lttle store for a quick meal or supplies, or to the boardwalk that goes to the beach and ocean.
Our unit's location is in a protected corner of our building for added security and safety. Also, the location is the most convenient for unpacking and packing your car, getting to the beach, pool or store.

We are very blessed to own this unit and we enjoy using our unit as much as possible. We love to share our condo with those who enjoy a little luxury when they are traveling. Why should you have less on vacation than you do at home?

Our living room is furnished in contemporary white wicker to offset the
antique sofa and dinette set. We have berber carpet throughout with area
rugs to add alittle pazazz. We installed ceiling fans in every room to
keep the breese going on days when opening the doors and windows is
warranted.

The unit has 3 TVs. A 27" with a DVD and VCR in the livingroom. A 19"
with DVD and VCR in master bedroom and a 13" color TV in second bedroom.
We have satellite TV with 66 channels which include several movies channels
and we provide tapes and DVDs of over 80 movies for your viewing
enjoyment.(Ex: Gone With The Wind") There is also a CD AM/FM player in
the livingroom tuned to an easy listening station that plays Sinatra all
the time. The call #'s are 107.9FM. T here are games and puzzels for
those days when staying in is preferred.

The kitchen is supplied with every appliance you would need. The dishes
are Thomason pottery, the glassware in crystal and the flatware is
Cambridge.

There are new pots and pans for cooking and a restaurant
guide for those who choose to eat out. We have marked our favorites and
gave you tips when dining there.

Our unit sleeps 4 very comfortably. The master bedroom has a new king
size bed with a pillowtop mattress. On top of the pillowtop is a memory
foam topper and onto of that are 300 thread count pure cotton sheets. On
top of the sheets is a down comforter and on top of that is a fiber fill
comforter for those who may be allergic. The pillows are both fiberfill
and down for your choice and plenty to choose from. It is truly a
heavenly bed.

The bathrooms have 4 bath towels each with two hand towels and two wash
cloths as well. They are all 100% cotton. You will also receive soap and
a bath trio of shower gel, and two other body lotions. The soap dispensers
found on the two bathroom sinks and the sink in the kitchen are
filled with body wash for quick moisturizing clean up.

This is the view overlooking the lagoon and fountain from the master
bedroom window. Open the window and enjoy the soothing sounds of splashing
water for afternoon naps.

The second bedroom has two twin beds. Each with a plush mattress, a foam
topper. 300 thread count sheets, and a down comforter. Our unit provides
touch lamps over each bed for easy reading. Lamps throughout the unit
have high wattage bulbs for easy seeing.

Our unit shares a balcony with a palm tree that made its home at the
base of our building. You will also enjoy the sound of the fountain in
the lagoon to the west of our buiding.
