Fitness fanatic? An indoor jogging track and fitness equipment in the indoor rec center. For those that like to jog, bike or rollerblade, there are over forty miles of island-wide bike trails are at the resort's front gate. You can get to almost every restaurant, shop or attraction on the island by bike. Several restaurants and the Mall at Shelter Cove are within walking distance.

Like beach? Here you will find the best and most private beach on the entire Island. There is no easy public access to this beach. The folly is the mouth of the creek that meanders through our marsh and out to the ocean. At high tide it is almost impassible. On the north side of the folly are all the public tourist beaches with row after row of umbrellas and people covering every inch of the beach. However on our side you will find almost deserted beaches, gentle waves, sand dollars and seashells. The next public beach access to the south is five miles away at Coligny/Forest Beach!
