This is the panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the saltwater marsh you will see from the balcony of our three-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor villa at Hilton Head Resort.

This unit sleeps six people and has its own washer and dryer for your convenience. This is our second home so no smoking please and no pets allowed.

Among our amenities is our wonderful beach. It is one of the nicest and most secluded on Hilton Head Island. Our private boardwalk, across the saltwater marshes has lots of wildlife to see along the way including heron and egrets. At the beach you will find the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. There are no roads to cross and is about a ten minute walk across the boardwalk.

There are outdoor picnic tables and grills, a sundeck for sun bathing protected from the wind, two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool hot tub and sauna, six lighted tennis courts and elevators to each floor in every building. There is also a deli that serves breakfasts, sandwiches and small convenience items.

All of these amenities are free to the guests making Hilton Head Resort one of the best vacation values on Hilton Head Island.

Hilton Head Resort is a 24 hour gated and guarded Resort, centrally located mid-island convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the famous #10 Ocean Hole at Palmetto Dunes.

AMENITIES: Local call only phone, air conditioning, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, fully equipped kitchen, linins and towels are provided except for beach towels, washer and dryer.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, horseshoes, miniature golf, fishing, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinamins, museums, sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing and much more.

Please add 11% South Carolina Accommodations tax. Departure Cleaning, Linens and Towels are included, except for beach towels. A $100 Deposit Reserves Your vacation. Balance due 30 Days Prior To Your Stay. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in 4:00 PM, Checkout by 10:00 AM.

Living Room The living room has two love seats and two chairs. The television is equipped with a VCR and DVD player. There are 78 channels including 7 HBO movie channels.
 
The dining area has a large table to seat six and a bar adjoining the kitchen that seats three.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher and all of the other kitchen utensils you will need. Just bring the food and enjoy.
 
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, television and ceiling fan for your comfort.
