It is a short elevator ride to the outdoor pool in building one or you can choose the indoor recreation center, heated pool, hot tub and sauna in building three just a few doors down!

One of the island's most private and secluded beaches is about a 10 minute walk from our front door and across the resort's private boardwalk to the beach! At the beach you we have a private cabana with rest rooms, shower and a bar & grill that operates in season.

Weekly Rates Peak Season: May 22 - September 6 (Sunday to Sunday rental) $650.00 plus $50.00 clean-up fee (includes linens and towels) Off Season: September 7 - May 21 (Sunday to Sunday rental) $450.00 plus $50.00 clean-up fee (includes linens and towels) Nightly Rates - Three night minimum: o Peak Season: $100.00 per night o Off Season: $75.00 per night o $50.00 clean-up fee (includes linens and towels) Snowbird Special: Winter Monthly Rentals - $750.00 per month *Rental amounts include applicable sales and accommodation taxes.
