available for your enjoyment. Our unit comfortably
sleeps 6, and is appointed with all the amenities of
home for your vacation pleasure - fully equipped
kitchen, relaxing decor, comfortable bedding, TV/DVD
with 64 channels including 7 HBO movie channels,
CD/Stereo, hair dryer, iron, washer/dryer, etc. "KID
FRIENDLY" with a Play Station and games, assorted
board games, puzzles, tennis rackets, and beach toys!
Hilton Head Resort is one of the Island's best kept
secrets. The Resort is conveniently located at mile
marker 7 with direct access to surf, sun, tennis,
golf, restaurants, a variety of local Shoppe's,
historical sites, outlet malls, and bike trails.
Something for everyone! The Resort has two outdoor
pools, an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, indoor jogging
track, nautilus gym, and six lighted tennis courts,
all free for your pleasure while at the complex. Also
located with in the Resort is a grill/convenience
store with Internet Access, a cafe, movie rentals,
sundries, and souvenirs.
You will find one of the most beautiful beaches at the
end of a short walk on the Resort's boardwalk over the
secluded marsh full of wild life and inviting ocean
breezes. Beach front, you will find the Cabana with
plenty of snacks, food, and beverages for purchase to
make you day on the beach easy and relaxing.
Pets ARE NOT allowed by the resort and the Unit is NON-
SMOKING. There is 24 hour gated security, on site
free parking and elevators in each building.
The resort only allows 4 adults in a 2 bedroom villa.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday
SUMMER (5/28-9/10) and Special Events $600.00/wk OR
$95.00/night (3night/min)
OFF SEASON $450.00/wk OR
$75.00/night (3night/min)
There is an additional 10% State and local accommodations
tax that we must add to your fee.
A $100.00 deposit reserves your vacation. Deposits
are non refundable; however, reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due thirty (30) days prior to
your arrival.
